By using Travel To Bali Paradise’s services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

Travel To Bali Paradise provides travel booking and planning services, including but not limited to:

• Tour packages and itinerary planning

• Hotel and accommodation bookings

• Transportation arrangements

• Travel consultation and advisory services

• Custom travel experiences

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation

• Prices are quoted in the specified currency and may be subject to change

• Full payment or deposit may be required to confirm your booking

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason

3.2 Pricing and Payment

• All prices are subject to change without notice until booking is confirmed

• All prices listed are on US Dollar with a fix rate Rp 15.000. Kindly, customers from another country which using different currencies, convert the prices using “equivalent rupiah.”

• All prices already include Government Tax.

• Additional fees and surcharges may apply

• Payment must be made in accordance with our payment terms

• We accept various payment methods as specified during booking

3.3 Booking Confirmation

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation

• Prices are quoted in the specified currency and may be subject to change

• Full payment or deposit may be required to confirm your booking

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation

• To place a booking order can be done through WhatsApp and Email which are located on our website

• Ensure all the data which is sent during the order are corrects: name, contact number, email address, and tour program

• Kindly assured that you are reading all these information correctly: name, date, tour program, number of pax, contact number, email address, We will send all those information when we are confirming your order through your WhatsApp and Email address..

• Wrong information can lead into failure on booking a tour program. We don’t take any responsibility of any failure which is caused by any misinformation.

3.4 Payment

• Minimum down payment is 30% from the price of the tour program taken.

• Down Payment is paid only after your receive confirmation through email or WhatsApp.

• Payment is done through bank transfer which is listed inside our Invoice.

• Kindly, please inform us after payment through WhatsApp or Email.

• Acquittance is done 14 days before the date of the tour which is taken.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellation which is done above 14 days will be charged 50% of the Down Payment

• Cancellation which is done below 14 days will be charged 75% of the Down Payment

• No show = non refundable, request for schedule is depend on availability.

• In case of force majeure, your tour will be rescheduled.

5. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Katsu Travel regarding the use of our services.
